An individual or entity has sent out numerous emails and solicitations and appears to be targeting unrelated parties who have posted resumes on job-search sites. It is possible that this person or entity may also be soliciting personal financial information through online or emailed “employment” offers. This person or entity is in no way affiliated with CNL Financial Group, LLC., its subsidiaries or affiliates, and their activity in no way involves our clients, client accounts or any personal financial information which we maintain on our clients behalf.

We have referred this matter to legal counsel.
