trust (REIT), traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NNN,

CNL Restaurant Properties, Inc.
Merged with U.S. Restaurant Properties, Inc. and 18 CNL Income Funds in 2005; formed
Trustreet Properties, Inc. and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: TSY);
Trustreet was acquired by GE Capital Solutions in February 2007 in a transaction
valued at approximately $3 billion.
