At CNL Commercial Real Estate, we invest in and develop office, retail and industrial properties, and provide a full complement of client services. We’re not simply a leasing agent or broker...because our business model also involves the acquisition, development and management of real estate. We have a more holistic approach - we intuitively focus on creating the highest value for our clients and investors.

While the majority of our work takes place in the Southeastern United States, our tenant representation teams and specialty brokerage group, which focuses on non-traditional real estate such as schools and churches, represent clients throughout the country.
