property division, our history together extends more than 20 years.
Most members of our current team were at one time part of Trammell Crow Company,
one of the country’s most trusted names in commercial real estate. Today, as an
investor, developer and service provider of a wide range of real estate services,
we have more than $380 million in assets under management.
Moreover, we are an integral part of CNL, a privately held global real estate company
headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Since its inception over 35 years ago, CNL has owned
or managed more than $23 billion in real estate assets. This financial clout, coupled
with the company’s longstanding reputation as a trustworthy partner, has created
a compelling platform from which to operate and grow our side of the business.
