Jason leads the company’s Tenant Advisory Services and is responsible for new business
development and execution of all real estate offerings for user-owned or leased locations.
Jason has managed client needs throughout the United States including Washington, Oregon,
Colorado, North Carolina, California, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin. Jason has negotiated
and closed more than 3.75 million square feet of real estate transactions and completed leasing
and sales transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $450 million. He also has
facilitated parallel real estate and economic incentive negotiations for many local corporate
and regionally headquartered clients that have generated awards in excess of $10
million from state and local municipalities.
