Career highlights
Mark Meyer serves as a Project Director with CNL Commercial Real Estate and oversees
a select team of architects, engineers and contractors through all phases of project
sequence: due diligence, real estate transaction, planning, design, engineering,
construction and turn-over. A 27-year veteran of real estate development, Mark has
worked on diverse projects including commercial office, retail, theme parks, resorts,
healthcare, hospitality, schools, religious projects, museums, corporate facilities
and mass transportation.
Mark has worked at CNL for more than 11 years and has proven to be a valuable asset
to the team. Prior to joining CNL, Mark served as Project Administrator for Walt
Disney World, Director of Real Estate for First Orlando and Preconstruction Manager
for McDevitt Street Construction Company, where he focused on pre-development, development
and operation management services.

- Moss Park Community - 1,500 acre mixed-use master plan community in Orange County, Florida
- Wycliffe Bible Translators - 174,000 SF 100 acre, multi-phased corporate headquarter facilities valued at $42M
- Sweetgrass - 300 acre North Carolina gated mountain community that includes single and multi-family residential properties
- Canopy at Welaunee - 500 acre mixed-use Community Development District in Tallahassee, Florida
