Mr. Montgomery serves as a senior vice president with CNL Commercial Real Estate,
bringing more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Montgomery has significant experience
in both landlord and tenant representation, both on the national and local level.
Prior to joining CNL, he served in a similar capacity at Trammell Crow Company,
where he was the senior transaction broker for the Bank of America account, responsible
for approximately 1,000 locations throughout Florida, including site selection,
leasing/subleasing, sales and sale-leasebacks and redevelopment. Mr. Montgomery
was an integral part of a team that successfully disposed of approximately 260 office
and bank branch locations throughout Florida as part of the NationsBank/Barnett
Bank merger. This disposition effort was completed in nine months with results exceeding
market value by as much as 50%, on average.
