Due to the sensitivity of school closures, Atlanta Public Schools sought real estate
services from a firm experienced with public education for approximately 60 properties
totaling more than 2 million square feet of administration buildings, schools, storage
facilities and land.
Our team launched a marketing campaign that was transparent to the entire community,
which created a fair and easy structured process.
Our team marketed 30 properties through a customized sales program, which yielded
more than 150 purchase offers. All closed transactions sold at or above appraised
value; in some cases, 3 times above appraised value.
