Katie Trott Mackes serves on CNL Commercial Real Estate’s Tampa-based Tenant Advisory Services
team. The Tampa team represents a variety of clients, including local, national and international
office and industrial users. Katie’s extensive financial analysis, transaction management and
negotiating experience has helped her develop both short-term and long-term strategic real estate
solutions for her clients. In addition to her tenant representation brokerage role, Katie is also
responsible for leasing CNL’s office portfolio in Tampa Bay.
Prior to joining CNL, Katie served on the Tenant Representation team at Trammell Crow Company, one
of the largest and most prestigious commercial real estate firms in the world at the time. While at
Trammell Crow, Katie negotiated and closed numerous deals across the country and was part of the top
performing team in North Florida.
Katie first began her career as a commercial real estate appraiser for Integra Realty Resources where
she valued office, industrial, retail, multi family and other property types.
