Scott serves as a principal overseeing property, facility and project management
for CNL Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining CNL, Scott served as controller
for Grubb & Ellis in St. Louis, Missouri and oversaw a $90 million renovation to
the one million square foot Chase Park Plaza entertainment and commercial office
complex. After joining Trammell Crow Company in 2000, he transitioned to
an operations role and eventually became the senior property manager for the St.
Louis Division, overseeing 4.5 million square feet of property for institutional
owners such as Crow Holdings, Invesco, Principal, CalEast and many others. Most
recently, he served as alliance director for two of Trammell Crow Company’s largest
corporate accounts: HD Supply and BB&T Bank, accounting for more than 20 million
square feet of property in more than 2,000 locations.
