Tommy Trimble serves as a Vice President of CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate and has more than
10 years experience in retail real estate.
Before joining CNL Crosland, Tommy co-founded FOCUS Property Advisors, a full-service commercial real
estate firm specializing in land acquisition, retail development, retail leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to FOCUS, Tommy spent six years in retail leasing and brokerage at Lat Purser & Associates, where he
was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top producers year-over-year.
Over his career span, Tommy has completed more than 100 brokerage transactions throughout North Carolina
and South Carolina on both the landlord and tenant representation side. A number of transactions Tommy has
executed involved working with notable retailers such as Panera Bread, Starbucks, CVS, Circle K Stores, Inc.
and BB&T.
Tommy first began his career as a Financial Analyst in the corporate marketing division at First Union National Bank.
Transaction Experience
- Cresent Resources: Led the acquisition of over 500 acres valued at more than $50 million for
retail and mixed-use development.
- Crosland: Spearheaded the acquisition of over 150 acres of land for a retail development
valued at over $15 million.
- Lat Purser & Associates: Managed the leasing of a 800,000 square foot retail portfolio
comprised of 8 shopping centers.
