While our “CNL” story began in 2007 when CNL launched its first commercial property division, our history
together extends more than 20 years.
Many members of our current team were at one time part of Trammell Crow Company, one of the country’s
most trusted names in commercial real estate. At Crow, our team had developed an uncommon set of
relationships – one so unique, that it led many of us to where we are today.
As an investor, developer and service provider of a wide range of real estate services, we currently operate
in more than 25 states and have over $600 million in assets under management.
Moreover, we are an integral part of CNL, a leading private investment management firm providing global real
estate and alternative investments headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Since its inception over 38 years ago,
CNL has owned or managed more than $25 billion in real estate assets. This financial clout, coupled with the
company’s longstanding reputation as a trustworthy partner, has created a compelling platform from which to
operate and grow our side of the business.
Our team has been truly blessed during our first chapter at CNL, but this is just the beginning of our story.
