Andy Hawkins serves as a Senior Vice President of Retail Brokerage Services at CNL Commercial Real Estate,
bringing more than 20 years of retail development and brokerage experience to the company. Prior to joining
CNL, Andy worked with Trammell Crow Company as Senior Vice President of Retail Development and Investment
and oversaw all aspects of development for the company's ground-up retail projects throughout Florida. Before
joining Trammell Crow, Andy served as the Florida real estate representative for McDonald's Corporation for
more than 8 years. Over the span of his career, Andy has completed more than $275 million in retail transactions.
DEVELOPMENT
Significant development projects include the redevelopment of Posner Commons, a
former Boardwalk and Baseball/Circus World property that sat dormant for nearly
a decade. Located at US. 27 and Interstate-4 in Davenport, Florida, the site was
redeveloped into a 630,000 SF open-air shopping center that included tenants Target,
JCPenney, Belk, Dick's, Ross, Best Buy, Michaels, Books-a-Million, PetSmart as well
as other local retailers and restaurants.
