the Religious, Educational & Not-for-Profit Real Estate division.
Atlanta Public Schools (APS) – Worked with the school board with the disposition
of multiple properties, which involved implementing a tailored marketing strategy
that ensured the school district obtained offers that were consistent with its desired
criteria. In many cases, the value created for APS significantly exceeded the appraised
value.
Lib Properties Ltd - Assisted with the disposition of a 67,500 square foot church
campus in the Macon, Georgia market. Prior to engaging CNL Specialty Real Estate
Services, this property had lingered on the market for approximately 2 years and
proved to be a challenging site due its large size. Palaski was able to market and
close the property within 90 days.
Archdiocese of Atlanta – This assignment included the disposition of a site that
had been unsuccessfully marketed for 3 years prior to CNL Specialty Real Estate
Services’ engagement. Palaski was able to market the site and close the transaction
at full asking price in less than 60 days.
Reliance Trust Company– Assisted with the disposition/lease of a 14,000+ square
foot commercial facility that had been readapted as a church facility. Though the
site was located in a rural area with sparse population, Palaski was able to successfully
secure another church for the site.
