Mr. Chrischilles serves as a principal with CNL Commercial Real Estate, bringing
more than 16 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Chrischilles
leads business development and execution of Project Leasing and Project Management
in Jacksonville. He also performs strategic and advisory real estate services through
Transaction Management Services along with a parallel economic incentives negotiation
program. He has extensive negotiating experience with a diverse range of national
and local tenants, closing leases valued at more than $400 million. Mr. Chrischilles
has represented more than nine million square feet of office and flex projects in
Jacksonville. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Chrischilles served in a similar capacity
with Trammell Crow Company.
