Christin Jones serves as a Vice President of CNL Commercial Real Estate and brings over
7 years of experience in the shopping center industry to the team. With her partner Genny
Hall, they collectively lead the Central Florida Retail Project Leasing team and offer
their owners a unique team approach to third party leasing. Over her career span, Christin
has secured more than $83 million lease transactions and has successfully represented both
local and institutional owners, leasing assets across the retail spectrum – from multi-tenant
buildings to regional power and lifestyle centers.
Currently, Christin represents a retail portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of in
Central Florida working with owners such as Simon Property Group, Cole Real Estate Investments,
Wilder Companies, and TA & Associates.
EJ Plesko & Associates – Successfully secured over 35,000 sf of new deals at Millenia
Crossing, a 100,000 sf Nordstrom Rack anchored center. Through strategic remerchandising efforts,
Christin relocated two notable retailers – Zgallerie and Destination Maternity- to the shopping
center for a combined lease value at over $4.5 million.
Simon Property Group – Responsible for the leasing efforts of two major assets including Terrace
at the Florida Mall and Highland Lakes Center. At the 493,661 square foot Highland Lakes Center,
Christin has secured over 39,000 square feet and brought in new tenants such as Rue 21, Simply Fashion
and The Orange County Library System.
Wilder Companies – Representing two major retail centers located in the greater Central Florida
area, The Rialto and Loop West, which collectively total over 550,000 square feet. With the combined efforts
of the leasing team, she was able to bring The Loop West to 100% occupancy and has been tasked to pre-lease
the remaining development parcels.
