Matt Messier is a principal of CNL Specialty Real Estate Services and leads the religious and
educational brokerage services of the company. With a brokerage license in numerous states, his
leadership and experience has benefited more than 1,500 churches, schools and not-for-profit
organizations across the country with the disposition and acquisition of real estate. Matt first
began specializing in nontraditional real estate under the direction of his father, Richard Messier,
in 1984. Today, over 25 years later, he continues to carry on his father’s legacy.
