Gwen Glaeser serves as a Vice President of CNL Crosland Commercial Real Estate and brings more than 15
years of real estate experience in the shopping center industry. Prior to joining CNL Crosland, Gwen
served as a Senior Leasing Associate in the retail division of Crosland, LLC, specializing in Landlord
representation, where she negotiated over $55 million in gross lease transactions. At Crosland, she was
responsible for the marketing, leasing and outparcel sales for a portfolio of regional, neighborhood and
mixed-use retail developments.
Transaction Experience
- Crosland, LLC - Located in Southeastern Charlotte, Gwen successfully leased Blakeney
Shopping Center, a 450,000 square foot premier Target-anchored regional center with a 150,000 square foot
lifestyle component.
- Kimco Development Assignment – Served as team leader for Shopping Center Group for
multiple ground-up regional third-party leasing projects, including the 186,058 square foot Shoppes at
Midway in Plantation, Knightdale, NC and Burlington Commons, a 371,544 square foot shopping center located
in Burlington, NC.
- Third Party Assignments – Brookdale Shopping Center, LP, Ferncroft Capital, Northwestern
Mutual and Westwood Financial.
