Career Highlights
Mr. Caffey is responsible for acquisitions related to the attractions industry, identifying opportunities within the theme park, water park, and family entertainment sectors. He also investigates other related sectors, including zoos, aquariums, performing arts centers, etc. Mr. Caffey works on the underwriting of each investment, managing deals through the acquisition process, and assisting the asset management team after an acquisition. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Caffey worked as general manager of several attractions and water parks including Silver Springs/Wild Waters, Weeki Wachee Spring and Volente Beach. He also previously served as due diligence advisor to Ogden Entertainment for Wet n’ Wild, Raging Waters, American Wilderness Experience and Isla Magica.
