Career Highlights
Mr. Carlock currently serves as president & CEO to CNL’s lifestyle real estate investment trust,
CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Carlock served as chief investment officer and executive vice president of Atlanta's Post Properties where he managed the luxury apartment company's national expansion into the west coast and northeast development markets. He also served as president and COO and managed the investment activities of W.B. Johnson Properties, founder of Ritz-Carlton Hotels and a significant franchisee of Waffle House restaurants. As managing director, capital markets of Crow Holdings International, he directed the debt, equity and recapitalization activities of a host of Crow family businesses and served on the company’s five-member Investment Committee. Prior to business school, Mr. Carlock was a CPA with Ernst & Young.
