Career Highlights
Mr. Johnson is primarily responsible for financial accounting and reporting areas and SEC compliance. In this capacity, Mr. Johnson works closely with CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC’s management team in establishing and maintaining efficient and effective disclosure controls, compliance with SEC rules and regulations and the structuring of acquisitions and joint ventures.

Mr. Johnson brings eight years of experience in the areas of accounting and SEC reporting. Prior to joining CNL Lifestyle Company, Mr. Johnson served four years at CNL Hospitality Corp., most recently as Vice President of Financial Reporting. During this time he assisted the company with several public stock offerings and a variety of complex business transactions and accounting issues. Prior to CNL, Mr. Johnson spent three years with KPMG LLP in the assurance services practice.
