Career Highlights
Mr. Muller leads CNL Lifestyle Company’s efforts in identifying, analyzing, underwriting, acquiring and managing lifestyle real estate assets.  During his three years at the company, CNL Lifestyle Properties’ portfolio has expanded to more than 60 properties. The portfolio is valued at $1.3 billion, located in 23 different states and provinces, represents eight leisure sectors as well as relationships with 18 operators.  Prior to moving to CNL Lifestyle Company, Mr. Muller served on the senior management team at CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc., formerly known as CNL Hospitality Properties, Inc., a public, unlisted real estate investment trust, and its advisor, CNL Hospitality Corp.  At CNL Hotels & Resorts, he participated in planning and implementing hotel industry investments, including acquisitions, development, project analysis and due diligence.  Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Muller spent 15 years in the hotel and resort sector investment, development and operations working for companies such as AIRCOA Hospitality Services, Inc., PKF Consulting, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Tishman Hotel Corporation.
