Career Highlights
Mr. Underwood oversees acquisition and asset management of ski & mountain lifestyle, spa, marina and other investments on behalf of the company. He joined CNL in September of 2002 as an analyst for CNL Real Estate Group ; subsequently served as senior analyst for CNL Investment Company and then as Director of Acquisitions for CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC. Some of his former responsibilities include financial modeling for CNL’s private offerings, and development of the prospectus and business plan for CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. Prior to joining CNL, Baxter served with a global microfinance organization, Opportunity International, consolidating its Latin American operations.
