Career Highlights
Mr. Underwood is responsible for implementing the investment and acquisition strategy for CNL Lifestyle Properties and managing the process of identi fying investment opportunities for the REIT. Prior to his current position, Mr. Underwood served as Managing Director where he oversaw the acquisition and asset management of ski & mountain lifestyle and marina properties. He joined CNL in September of 2002 as an analyst for CNL Real Estate Group ; subsequently served as senior analyst for CNL Investment Company and then as Director of Acquisitions and Vice President of Investments for CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC. Some of his former responsibil ities include financial modeling for CNL's private offerings, and development of the prospectus and business plan for CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. Prior to joining CNL, Baxter worked for a global microfinance organization, Opportunity International, consolidating its Latin American operations.
