Ms. Sinelli oversees legal and compliance functions focusing on the securities and transactional business for CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC. She previously served at CNL Investment Company from 2003 to 2005 preparing securities filings, assisting with regulatory compliance and acting as a liaison for the investor service, marketing and sales efforts for various CNL entities. Ms. Sinelli worked in private practice for ten years prior to joining CNL, both at her own general practice and with two firms focusing on representation for IPOs, best efforts and underwritten offerings, exchange listings, blue sky filings, corporate transactions, intellectual property issues and complex litigation across the research and development, financial institution and retail industries.
