Paul Ellis serves as president for CNL Commercial Real Estate, bringing 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CNL, Ellis spent 15 years with Trammell Crow Co., most recently as managing director of north Florida. While at Trammell Crow, he helped create the largest property management company in Florida and grew his division into the company’s most profitable business unit in the region, with more than 35 million square feet under management and a full-service division of more than 200 people.

Jimmy Johnson – Principal, Brokerage Services, CNL Commercial Real Estate

Jimmy Johnson serves as a principal of brokerage services at CNL Commercial Real Estate. He brings more than 20 years of diverse real estate transaction experience to the company. Prior to joining CNL, Johnson was a principal at Trammell Crow Co. where he ranked among the highest producing brokers for the entire state of Florida for more than 10 consecutive years.

Gregg Ickes – Principal, CNL Commercial Real Estate

Gregg Ickes oversees the Building Advisory Group for CNL Commercial Real Estate with a focus on growing its building portfolio while providing leading edge customer service. Prior to joining CNL, Ickes was employed by Trammell Crow Co. for 8 years and spent time in their brokerage division, as well as in several leadership roles. He was most recently Director of Property Management and Leasing for the company’s north Florida business unit. He provided services to a portfolio of more than 14 million square feet of office, industrial and retail clients in multiple cities.

Brad Chrischilles – Principal, Brokerage Services, CNL Commercial Real Estate

Brad Chrischilles serves as a principal with CNL Commercial Real Estate, bringing more than 16 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate. He performs strategic and advisory real estate services through transaction management services, along with a parallel economic incentives negotiation program. He leads business development and execution of project leasing and project management in Jacksonville, Fla. He has extensive negotiating experience with a diverse range of national and local tenants, closing leases valued at more than $250 million. He has represented more than 9 million square feet of office and flex projects in Jacksonville. Prior to joining CNL, Chrischilles served in a similar capacity with Trammell Crow Co.

Matthew Messier – Principal, Religious, Educational and Not-for-Profit Real Estate, CNL Specialty Real Estate Services

Matthew Messier is a principal of religious, educational and not-for-profit real estate at CNL Specialty Real Estate Services. With a brokerage license in numerous states, his leadership and experience has benefited more than 1,500 churches, schools and not-for-profit organizations across the country with the disposition and acquisition of real estate.
