James M. Seneff, Jr. – CEO, CNL Financial Group, Inc.

James M. Seneff, Jr. is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of CNL. Seneff founded CNL in 1973 and has guided the company’s real estate investment, finance and development activities for more than 35 years. Under his leadership, CNL and/or its affiliates have formed or acquired companies with more than $23 billion in assets, including hotel, retail, restaurant, seniors’ housing and lifestyle properties.

Robert A Bourne – Vice Chairman, CNL Financial Group, Inc.

Robert A. Bourne is vice chairman of CNL. Bourne also serves as director, vice chairman and treasurer of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. He has been in partnership with James M. Seneff, Jr., chairman of the board, chief executive officer and founder of CNL Financial Group, Inc., for more than 30 years. Prior to joining CNL in 1979, he worked as a certified public accountant and was a tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand. Bourne currently serves as a director of CNLBancshares, Inc.

Timothy J. Seneff – President, CNL Financial Group

Timothy J. Seneff is president of CNL. Seneff has been with CNL since 1992. Prior to being named president, he was chief operating officer of CNL Capital Markets, vice president and director of sales for the Gulf Coast region and a registered representative of CNL Securities Corp. He currently serves on the executive committee, working to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s capital markets and real estate platforms. Seneff also develops and aligns the business’ strategic and operational plans, and leads the product development process.

Curtis B. McWilliams – President and CEO, CNL Real Estate Advisors

Curtis B. McWilliams is president and chief executive officer for CNL Real Estate Advisors Company. McWilliams is responsible for overseeing an advisory company that creates, administers and manages real estate investments in partnership with prominent investement managers in the real estate industry. McWilliams previously served as president, chief executive officer and board member of Trustreet Properties, prior to its sale to GE Franchise Finance. He also served as president, chief executive officer and board member of CNL Restaurant Properties Inc., as well as president, chief executive officer and board member of CNL Restaurant Capital, LP. Prior to joining CNL in 1997, McWilliams spent 13 years at Merrill Lynch in a variety of roles, including managing director for the corporate banking group in the investment banking division and chairman of private advisory services, the firm’s high net worth brokerage business.

Key experience: real estate investments, private real estate, mergers and acquisitions of real estate property, property management, project financing.

Jeff Shafer – President, CNL Securities Corp.

Jeff Shafer is president of CNL Securities Corp., member FINRA/SIPC. Shafer sets the strategic foundation for the company’s business operations and capital raising efforts. In addition, he collaborates with a variety of business units to deliver a broad spectrum of real estate investment opportunities to the broker/dealer marketplace. Shafer previously served as CNL’s chief operating officer. As COO, he managed day-to-day operations, overseeing improvements to CNL Securities’ operating platform and customer service. Shafer also previously served as senior vice president and regional sales manager for CNL Securities, responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of the Southeast region sales team.

PAUL SAINT-PIERRE – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CNL FUND ADVISORS COMPANY

Paul S. Saint-Pierre serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of CNL Fund Advisors Company. He previously served as chief financial officer of Hovnanian Land Investment Group where he arranged equity and mortgage debt financings for residential land development joint ventures. Mr. Saint-Pierre also served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Wall Street Realty Capital and Wall Street Realty Securities, Inc. (a registered broker-dealer) in New York City which specialized in real estate investment banking activities, including the formation of real estate joint ventures involving institutional investors and real estate developers and operators.

Key experience: institutional real estate investments, mutual funds, equity and mortgage debt financing, real estate investment banking, equity research and portfolio management.

Larry Goff – Executive Vice President of Sales, CNL Securities Corp.

Larry Goff is executive vice president and head of retail sales for CNL Securities Corp., member FINRA/SIPC, overseeing day-to-day sales operations and field sales team. He is also responsible for overseeing national accounts and conventions with a focus on future sales strategies and broker/dealer relations. Previously, Goff served as senior vice president of sales in the Southeast region from 1987-2000. Prior to joining CNL in 1987, Goff represented a real estate, oil and gas firm for several years, served as a licensed real estate broker and worked in the restaurant industry as the president of a restaurant company.

Andy Hyltin - President and CIO, CNL Private Equity Corp. President, CNL Fund Advisors Company

Andy Hyltin serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of CNL Private Equity Corp. In this capacity, Mr. Hyltin oversees all the company’s mergers and acquisitions as well as the management of CNL’s portfolio of private offerings and investments. Mr. Hyltin also serves as President of CNL Fund Advisors Company which acts as the investment adviser to CNL Global Real Estate Fund (CGLAX, CGLIX), a mutual fund investing in global real estate securities.

Key experience: mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, mutual funds, commercial lending, real estate investment banking and portfolio management.

STEVEN D. SHACKELFORD – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & COO, CNL REAL ESTATE ADVISORS COMPANY

Steve Shackelford is chief financial officer and chief operating officer for CNL Real Estate Advisors Company. He oversees the finance, capital markets, and legal functions related to the REIT products resulting from CNL strategic partnerships with global financial institutions. He previously served as chief financial officer, executive vice president, chief operating officer and secretary of Trustreet Properties, Inc. Trustreet was formed in 2005 from the merger of U.S. Restaurant Properties, Inc., CNL Restaurant Properties and 18 public real estate limited partnerships. Prior to the formation of Trustreet , he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of CNL Restaurant Properties. Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Shackelford was a senior manager in the national office of Price Waterhouse responsible for advising foreign clients seeking to raise capital by gaining access to capital markets located in the United States.
