Responsible for overseeing non-REIT real estate transactions including origination, acquisition, finance,
property management and private real estate offerings. Previously served as president, chief executive
officer and board member of Trustreet Properties, prior to its sale to GE Franchise Finance. In addition, served as
president, chief executive officer and board member of CNL Restaurant Properties, Inc., as well as president, chief executive
officer and board member of CNL Restaurant Capital, LP. Prior to joining CNL in 1997, worked at Merrill Lynch for 13 years
in a variety of roles, including a managing director in the Corporate Banking Group in the Investment Banking Division and
chairman of Private Advisory Services, the firm’s high net worth brokerage business.
