Responsible for working in conjunction with our operating partners/sponsors to formulate optimum capital structure
for our real estate acquisitions/fund offerings. Also oversee all debt related functions including refinancings on existing
debt outstanding. Prior to joining CNL Real Estate Advisors, served as Vice President of Finance for Healthcare Property
Investors, Inc. (HCP) the nation’s largest health care REIT and successor organization in its 2006 merger with CNL Retirement
Properties, Inc. (CRP). During his CRP tenure of three years, was responsible for structuring and securing all forms of debt
related instruments aggregating approximately $2 billion. Before joining CRP in 2003, served over a ten year period in both
investment banking and commercial lending capacities primarily concentrated in healthcare/senior housing finance.
