CNL Real Estate Advisors focuses on structuring strategic relationships with high-quality real estate operators for investment in advantageous real estate projects that are diversified by sector and geography. To facilitate such investments, we represent an alternative source of capital through our provision of structured financing involving one or more of the following sources: equity, preferred equity, mezzanine and/or debt financing.

    • Create programmatic platforms with operators and developers

  • Provide capital to a variety of asset classes, product types and markets, including but not limited to, distressed assets, repositioning opportunities and new development
    • Source equity, preferred equity and mezzanine investments

  • Utilize and employ senior management’s expertise:
    • Strong relationships in private and public sectors
    • Experience in acquisitions, asset management, capital markets and structured finance
