- Provide capital to a variety of asset classes, product types and markets, including but not limited to, distressed
assets, repositioning opportunities and new development
- Source equity, preferred equity and mezzanine investments
- Utilize and employ senior management’s expertise:
- Strong relationships in private and public sectors
- Experience in acquisitions, asset management, capital markets and structured finance
