CNL Center
Fourteen-story office tower in downtown Orlando that serves as the headquarters for CNL Financial Group, a $13 billion group of companies involved in the acquisition and development of real estate. The 345,743 square-foot building, marked by its distinctive cupola, opened in 1997 and won a “Golden Brick Award” for best office project from the Downtown Orlando Partnership.

A 290,000 square-foot Class A office tower that officially opened in December 2005. Tenants include the law firm of Akerman Senterfitt and the Orlando offices of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Charles Schwab. The 12-story building houses an award-winning collection of local, national and international artwork.
