Cupola Awards
Recommended by peers and selected by the executive committee, the Cupolas are the pinnacle of achievement at CNL. Launched as the “Commitment to Excellence” awards in 1991 and later known as the Aspire Awards, the awards took the Cupola moniker in 2003 as a symbolic representation of the physical structure atop the CNL Financial Group headquarters.
"Our associates are the lifeblood of CNL," said James M. Seneff, Jr., CNL chairman and founder. "These awards are our way of recognizing those individuals whose efforts on behalf of the company and/or the community have risen to a level where they are worthy of special recognition."
- Chairman's Award
This individual - through exceptional work, dedication, attitude and character - embodies each of CNL's core values.
- Leadership Award
Presented to the associate who positively influences those around him or her and gives his or her all for the betterment of the team and/or company. This associate demonstrates humility, integrity, courage and compassion and also embraces the Leadership Success Factors of Energize, Execute and Entrust.
- Service Award
Presented to the associate who consistently pursues service and client satisfaction. This individual regards each internal and external relationship as an important company asset and values CNL's tradition to serve.
- Stewardship Award
Presented to the associate who goes above and beyond to make a difference in their community or in the life of another individual through volunteerism, or an act of compassion and/or charity.
- Teamwork Award
Presented to associates who work together to achieve outstanding results to benefit the company.
- Rookie Award
Awarded to the associate who contributed extraordinary job performance during his/her first year with the company while exemplifying the CNL Core Values.
