THE CNL PHILOSOPHY
CNL understands there are many ways a company can serve its community, from straight funding to helping hands and education.
The needs of a community are great, but we have chosen to focus our corporate resources and associate talents on the three areas we believe hold the greatest potential to strengthen and enrich our communities for generations to come:
- K-12th Grade Education For the Underserved
- Leadership & Entrepreneurship
- Arts & Culture
Encouraging faithful stewardship
CNL encourages a healthy balance between work, family and community, enabling associates to capture the volunteer spirit. CNL associates are members of numerous boards both civic and non-profit, such as the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, The Orlando Museum of Art, and the Heart of Florida United Way.
CNL associates are committed to making a difference, specifically in the Orlando community. Our associates spend many hours volunteering with non-profit organizations and revitalizing the neighborhoods in which we live. They reach out to children in the schools through mentor programs offered by Frontline Outreach and other organizations that serve at-risk youth.
Associates also participate in an annual Workplace Giving Campaign that supports more than 100 non-profit organizations, such as A Gift for Teaching and The Foundations for Orange, Seminole and Osceola Public Schools.
