Before joining CNL in 2011, Steve was most recently president and chief executive officer of Crosland, LLC, a Charlotte, N.C.-based real estate development and asset management company. He had previously served as the company’s chief financial officer, and joined Crosland in 2006 to create and lead a new mixed/multi-use development division.
