CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
As general counsel of CNL Financial Group, Fund Management, Tracey Bracco oversees CNL’s fund platform. Her role consists of supervising board and corporate governance, securities matters and the acquisition and asset management functions relating to fund management.
Ms. Bracco has over 13 years of experience practicing law. Prior to joining CNL, she spent six years in private legal practice, primarily at the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., based in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Bracco is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
