CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Mr. Hall currently leads operations for CNL’s Regulation D private placement offerings focused on developing multifamily properties in the mid-Atlantic and southern regions of the United States. He also oversaw operations and the liquidation of CNL Growth Properties, a multifamily development real estate investment trust (REIT).
Previously, Mr. Hall led the liquidation of Global Income Trust, a public non-listed REIT with office and industrial properties in the United States and retail properties in Germany.
Mr. Hall has served as senior vice president of operations for CNL Financial Group since December 2012. He has also served as senior vice president and manager of the companies’ advisor since January 2014.
Prior to his appointment as senior vice president of operations, he served as a consultant to the companies’ advisor, and to the advisors of other CNL affiliates, including CNL Growth Properties, CNL Lifestyle Properties, CNL Healthcare Properties, each a public non-traded REIT, and Corporate Capital Trust, a public non-traded business development company. He also held various positions with a number of CNL affiliates.
Before joining CNL, Mr. Hall was senior vice president and led the Florida office of The Pizzuti Companies, a nationally recognized real estate investor and developer based in Columbus, Ohio. Previously, Mr. Hall was an associate at Lake Nona, a 7,000-acre mixed-use real estate development in Orlando, Florida, owned by Tavistock Group, an international private investment company.
